"Good, solid independent garage. I've been taking my vehicles to A1 Auto for several years for maintenance. They have always been fair and done good work. Nobody likes spending money on auto repairs, but I've found that preventative maintenance pays in the long run. My car a Chevy Lumina, is 24 years old, has over 300K miles on it, and is still running strong. Regular maintenance and driving it gently have kept it on the road. The auto repair business is a brutal business to be in. I have known the owner, Tony Cao and Eric (service manager) his crew to be honest people that I trust. I used to take my cars to dealerships, but found them to be total crooks. I'd say that if you're a working person who depends upon their vehicle for transportation, A1 is a very good choice. Nothing fancy. Just good solid work at a fair price!"

"I've brought my car here a few times with no issues, doing basic maintenance and oil changes. They've always been helpful, quick, and relatively affordable. My boyfriend brought his newly purchased Subaru here to replace a ball joint and get an oil change, and they wanted him to leave it overnight. We dropped it off, and called back a few days later because we hadn't heard anything yet. Turned out they never got the car, meaning someone reached into the key drop off slot the night we dropped it off and got the keys, and stole the car. This leads to a full police investigation, etc etc because they conveniently don't have any cameras pointing at the key drop off slot. Police told them they needed to move and reinforce the box so it's not so easy to get to. A1 wouldn't give us a straight answer if cars had been stolen from there in this manner before, and when we went back to check again a few days later if the box had been moved, it hadn't. Basically, they were responsible for his car getting stolen but assumed no responsibility, were unhelpful in the process of retrieving it or checking with us why we had said it had been dropped off but it wasn't actually there, and didn't follow the police's instructions to help prevent this from happening again. I had 0 problems with them before this, but just a huge warning, I would never drop a car off overnight, because it's EXTREMELY EASY TO STEAL."

"A big shout out to Carlos and Eric at A-1. Replaced my power steering pressure sensor on the Lincoln LS Sport in a day and at a reasonable price. The great thing is Carlos has one as well so he is dialed in on this auto. Even the dealers didn't have an idea how to get it done. Thanks."

"the guys here are great! very friendly, and good prices. they genuinely show appreciation to their loyal customers. ive brought all 4 of my cars to them when its a repair im not comfortable doing myself. they have a technician who knows all the ups and downs to volkswagens, and i trust him to do anything to my vehicle. if i could rate 6 stars, i would. highly recommend them!"
