"I have been taking my cars to A+ Auto for more than 20 years and have been doing business with Dave and Al (the very honest managers of A+) for that long. At each visit over these many years my car has received expert, meticulous mechanical attention such that each of my last two cars lasted me nearly 20 years and my current car is 11 years old. Because of the proactive service my car receives at A+, I am never stranded, require towing. With each visit Dave or Al takes the time to educate me re: the needs of my vehicle so that I understand what I am paying for. When my car was serviced at A+ this week, in addition to a detailed explanation I received photos of parts needing replacement. I highly recommend the fairly-priced services of A+ Auto and the expert managers/mechanics. A+ deserves an A+! Thank you, Susan W."

"I just turned down some repairs from the dealership for my 2015 Chevy Traverse because of ridiculously expensive pricing ($1,700 front break pads and rotors, transmission service and fuel injection service). After talking to Alan at A+ he did a 35 point inspection and performed the repairs the dealership recommended, AND actually a few other things the dealership missed (they didn’t even fill up windshield wiper fluid!), anyways, A+ did all that for $857!! Also, unlike the dealership, A+ texts you and emails you a DETAILED report including pictures of the parts that are broken or need replacement. They’re extremely transparent and their customer service is top notch. Great people and Alan (Al) is amazing. Never going back to the dealership for services. THANK YOU A+!!"

"Been a customer for a few years and made an appointment 2 weeks out for timing belt replaced. Dropped off on Thursday for Friday repair. Was called at 3pm Friday saying they were just starting and need to keep car until Monday after they were told I needed car back Friday night. Oh well they lost a great sale and customer!"
