I came in and asked if I could get help and, without a second thought, someone came across the street to help me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was incredibly helpful. He looked at everything he could, gave me a rundown of the problem, advice on what I should do, answered literally every question I came up with, and didn't charge me for his time or anything. I'm pretty sure he was getting ready to close up, as well. Showed me great things about their business ethic, but also this man's character. Go here, they deserve your business."
