"If you need a car just go there is like family. They answer all my question and give the best offer. Go talk to Tom or Frank the owner. You don't regret to make a deal with them..Love it..😍"
"Tried over and over to give the salesperson the info he needed to price a car. He was rude and told me he couldn't help. I find it frankly astonishing. What kind of salesperson doesn't want to provide the basic info a buyer needs to buy a car? Will definitely buy a car from a different dealership, but never coming back to 128 Volvo after this experience."
"You owe it to yourself to shop 128 Volvo Cars! As a very longtime customer of their's, I have to say that the relationship has been a steady, non-rigid, two-way experience based on trust and terrific service from all of the staff people. I have never felt uneasy, in the least, whether dealing with the professional and knowledgeable sales staff or the service department staff and technicians. Folks, this is a group of people who know that long term relationships far outweigh the profit of a one-time customer. They want you to come back. They strive to make sure that you are 100% pleased with the experience at 128 Volvo Cars. So, whether you choose to shop online with Steve G, visit the many sales staff onsite (shout-out to Alan W), or experience the service department with Jeff L. as your representative, you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how comfortable it can be to deal with 128 Volvo Cars. You owe it to yourself!"
"I brought my car in for a routine 50k check. There were some major parts that wore out which were covered at the 50k but I was about 2k over. The service manager was able to get these parts covered which was a big saving for me. They are always professional and try to get anything you need done and will not send the car back until you are satisfied. They want you as the customer to be happy. They all have been there a long time which shows their commitment"
"I worked with an excellent sales person in Tom Randele, but my experience, no fault of Tom's or 128 Volvo had some twists and turns. I ordered my car (a 2017 when I ordered it) 2/3/17 and was told it would take about 12 weeks to get to me which was perfect as I did not want my car during the winter months. Along the way, I was informed that due to retooling my car would be a 2018 and I would get it a little later - Instead of May, by June 2. That was fine and Tom kept me in the loop. Then things got very interesting and to make a very long story short, it got very difficult to track the location of my car as we got closer to June 2nd. I had to do a lot of legwork only to find out that my car got to Newark, NJ on May19th, I believe. I could not find anyone who could tell me if or when my car left Newark. I spoke to a lot of people in and around the port and it wasn't until I by some miracle called Jennifer Klees at Volvo corporate was I able to get someone to let me know what was going on. Once I got to Jennifer, things began to move very quickly and my car got to the dealer on June 16, the last day my loan application was valid. And once it got to the dealership and I took delivery, I still have to bring the car back to install the skid plates and have the Polestar software installed. The bottom line is that I love the car, and Tom and 128 were great, but given what I needed to do to find out what was going on with my car, I cannot give a 10 as an overall"
"We purchased a new Volvo here in 2016 - they were the one dealer that had the vehicle that we wanted still in stock. The purchasing process went smoothly..."
