My car failed inspection because of a faulty part. CNT- Tech Tad arrived on time on a Saturday, in immaculate uniform and van. The van was well-stocked with all necessary repair tools. Tad went to work immediately (in my driveway) and efficiently and he was obviously familiar with the car part I presented for installation in my car. Tad was friendly and personable. After the repair I took my car for inspection, and it passed. I am well pleased.
