Lyft Rewards Drivers Can Convert Points into Openbay Credits for Automotive Repair and Maintenance Services

Cambridge, MA (January 16, 2020) – Openbay, the award-winning marketplace for auto repair and provider of SaaS solutions for the automotive services industry, is expanding its partnership with Lyft. Lyft drivers in markets where Lyft Rewards is available can now convert their Lyft Rewards points into Openbay credits toward automotive repair and maintenance services booked through Openbay.

Openbay is the newest way that Lyft drivers can save on everyday driving expenses through Lyft Rewards. Drivers who achieve Silver status or higher can now redeem their points towards Openbay service, all from the Lyft Driver app.

“Lyft drivers rely on their vehicles to make money. Together with Lyft, we’ve built a seamless experience that makes it even easier for drivers to maintain their vehicle while driving down repair and maintenance costs,” explains Alex Jenkins, Head of Marketplace Product for Openbay.

The addition of Openbay within Lyft Rewards is now available to drivers in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, and select drivers in Austin and New Jersey.
